Thank you for purchasing with us and bringing a find to your home! We want you to love what you receive, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

Eligible Items & Conditions

  • Jewelry: Must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Vintage Cameras & Unboxing Videos: Due to the delicate nature of vintage electronics, camera returns are generally not accepted and are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis. If you are requesting a return because a camera arrived defective or not working, you must provide an unedited unboxing video. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the battery being inserted for the very first time to demonstrate the issue. Without this continuous video proof, we cannot accept a return. Any camera approved for return must be in the exact same condition as received, with all accessories included.

  • General Condition: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items that have been damaged, broken, or altered due to human error, mishandling, or improper care after purchase.

A Note on Our Genuine Pearls Because our jewelry features genuine, naturally formed pearls, no two pieces are exactly alike. As they are organically created by nature, each pearl will possess its own unique shape, texture, and slight surface variations. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on natural imperfections. These organic variations are not defects, but rather the beautiful hallmarks of a genuine pearl.

Final Sale Items The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Discounted products

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping & Local Meet-Ups Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

If you are located locally, we are happy to arrange an in-person meet-up for your return to help you save on shipping fees. Please contact us to coordinate a time and place.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
